Period of revolution: A historical look at the upcoming Saturn-Pluto mutual reception.

This overall vibration of angst and backlash towards the government, banking, and big business seems to be right on time. Uranus is transiting Aries and this was one of the first signifiers of of public outcry against a culture of corruption , the relationship between business and government. So people worldwide have been taking action to show their displeasure in the ever falling standard of living. Now a very historically powerful new phase is going to take place very soon. A transit that hasn’t occurred since 1776! That’s right the last time this transit took place was the American revolution. That transit is Saturn in Scorpio mutually receiving Pluto in Capricorn, which indicates destruction and rebuilding (pluto/Scorpio) of government and order (Saturn. Capricorn).So I want to go through this historically piece by piece in chronological order to paint the picture, because history repeats itself and to understand the future one must know the past. This transit begins October 2012.
Key elements of the American revolution took place December 1776-January 1778 under this transit:
June 17th 1777- Stars and stripes adopted- Saturn rx 26degrees Libra, Pluto 29 degrees Capricorn.
The US flag was a banner that was carried by the confederate army. 13 stars based on the 13 colonies . Betsy Ross is said to have been the seamstress of the original flag.
November 1777- Articles of confederation first ratified-Saturn 8 degrees Scorpio and Pluto 28 degrees Capricorn.
First states signed on to the confederation. Agreeing to state sovereignty and small federal government.
Winter 1777/1778 – Valley Forge refuge- Pluto in Capricorn 28 degrees- 30 in Aquarius, Saturn in 11 degrees Scorpio.
George Washington and troops built camp in Valley forge and stayed for the winter until the British left Philadelphia.
So with that transit it does show in my opinion that the current governmental systems and economy systems will cease to exist in their present form. I think many people now “know” (Uranus) this and there is some historical evidence based on astro-dynamics to back this belief up. The economies of the world are in shambles and need to be rebuilt and reformed because they are unsustainable presently. The inevitable is they will collapse. This time around the orb of the reception will be much closer indicating more intense. So the question is what will you do about it?
” Black Friday”Sagittarian solar eclipse , New moon and How you can take advantage.
Posted by: | CommentsA solar eclipse will be taking place on Friday November 25th (Black Friday) at 2 degrees Sagittarius. This means that the energy of Sagittarius and benevolence of jupiter will guide you for the next 6 months or so. ( depending on where Sagittarius and Jupiter is place in your natal chart as well of course).
Now the importance of this eclipse taking place on friday is very interesting as it’s “black Friday” the most important single day in retail each year. Currently Venus and Jupiter are in Mutual reception indicating an expansion of income or luck in income. Retailers may see increased revenues this year as prices are set to be record lows. Best Buy and other retailers have indicated that items like tv’s could be up to 75% off. This could very well benefit retailers and consumers. What also may happen since the mutual reception is in inconjunct signs is over spending . Taurus and Sagittarius are both signs that are susceptible to hedonism.The Sun’s ruler being deposited in Taurus during this period, and at the same degree (2′) shows me that this holiday whether you partake or not should prove to be one of happiness and luck.
We must not forget that Sagittarius is expansion of knowledge so knowledge as to how one can make more money will become an increasing focus in the near future, even more so even despite the poor economy.
On a more personal level, wherever 2 degrees Sagittarius falls in your natal chart and by extension wherever jupiter in 2 degrees Taurus is will show where you will benefit and how you will benefit monetarily in the near future , and where you will need to focus to take advantage of this. For example my own personal natal chart. 2 degrees Sagittarius sun will fall in my 2nd house, transiting jupiter i my 7th house. I’m looking to take advantage of some kind of possible winfall. Lottery win of some kind. or winning some kind of sweepstakes.
If this eclipse takes place in your 10th house you should keep your eye out for opportunities in your career to move up or gain a better position.
If the eclipse takes place in your 7th house look for a benefit from a marriage partner or business partner.

Reminder: New moon in Sagittarius is taking place concurrently with the solar eclipse in sagittarius. This period of time of abundant jupiter energy deposited in Taurus (money) should be looked at as a time where opportunity should present itself in matters of money and new understanding and information as to methodologies of how to acquire this.

Mercury Rx in Sagittarius: Why your holiday may become a hellday.

So it’s that time of the year again, when Mercury makes it’s feared slip back into retrograde motion . November 23rd to December 13th with effects being felt as early as a week before it’s “official” slow down. The period when arguments break out due to miscommunication, when you miss your show because the signal from your satellite dish breaks for an hour. Maybe you lose your cellphone. Any number of things happens during this period which leaves people frustrated and irritated. This retrograde period though Mercury slows down in Sagittarius, and right before a major holiday. What will happen?
Since Mercury will be in the sign of long distance travel it doesn’t necessarily bode well for those who are using airlines to get to their destinations for thanksgiving. Expect major delays on top of the already mad rush at the airports this week. So if possible leave earlier than you would normally leave . This goes for those traveling by other means such as rail or automobile as well. Local travel is a Mercury issue at it’s core so both long and short distance travel will be effected adversely since it’s placed in Sagittarius.
Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter which is a planet concerned with wide sweeping ideas and seeing the whole forest and not the trees so to speak. This indicates the nature of the miscommunication during this period is more dangerous because the problems raised will be due to missing details or missing key details. This is why people who are air traffic controllers for example, will need to be alert and aware of this. Train conductors , bus drivers , and so on as well.
As for interpersonal communications, make sure you mean what you say but say what you mean. Sagittarius is know for getting the point across, just make sure it’s really what you want to say.
Thankfully Jupiter is the planet of benevolence and Luck so we may see mishaps be avoided due to seemingly miraculous forces. so if you bare witness to any close calls there is a great chance Jupiter was involved.
Reminder: Thanksgiving 2011 there will be a new moon in Scorpio.

Earthquake rattles Virgina, New York, and New Jersey.

An event chart for the 6.3 magnitude earthquake that hit Virginia and rippled up the eastern coast of the US up into Canada shows a lot of volatile energy on the Saturn- Moon axis (10th and 4th house).
Chiron conjuncted Neptune conjuncting the IC from 1:30 pm est to about 2 pm est. Possible self/home inflicted wound of a deceptive nature like a weapons test gone awry. Also the Sun in the midheaven opposing chiron and neptune leads me to believe this was an effect of Solar activity. The sun has been acting up as of late and solar flares are increasing in frequency.
