Exercises for Libras

Libras due to their wide pelvic bone are often afflicted with lower leg problems such  as Genu Valgum or commonly known as being knock kneed. According to Kinesiology practitioners this is a result of muscle imbalances. Weakness of the inner thigh muscles and tightness of the IT band which is pictured below:
